Registration Information

Fall registration will open Wednesday – June 15th. To help you prepare for registration, please refer to the following information regarding Fall registration guidelines, Important Information for Registration, and the fall schedule. I also recommend you refer to this listing for the electives and prerequisites listing. If you have questions about your fall schedule, please arrange a meeting with your advisor.

• Planning to take PsyD Comprehensive Examination? Please submit the petition before Friday, June 3rd. The dates of the examination are August 19th – September 4th

Important Departmental News

CRP Deadlines

• CRP Proposal Deadline - For students applying for internship fall of 2010 – reminder that CRP proposals must be certified or conditionally certified by the IRB by July 1, 2010 in order to apply for internship in fall. This is a strict deadline. Remember to allow time for revision and resubmission to the IRB, which means proposals should be submitted in late April
• CRP Editing Deadline – For students planning to graduate in fall 2010, final drafts must be submitted to the editor for first review by June 1, 2010. Drafts must be submitted for the second review by August 1, 2010
• CRP Bound Copy Deadline – for students planning to graduate in fall 2010, bound copies of the CRP must be received by September 15, 2010

MACL Curriculum Change;

The Clinical Psychology Master’s program will be changing the required curriculum for the program beginning fall semester of 2010. Argosy University, Chicago has received approval from the Illinois Board of Higher Education to make these changes. We are allowing those students who entered the program prior to Fall of 2010 to choose which curriculum they would like to follow. All current MACL students are encouraged to meet with their advisors to discuss which curriculum will best meet their needs. Read the complete details

Each MACL student is required to complete an MACL Curriculum Change Form and submit the form to Toni Johnson, Department Administrator, no later than September 15, 2010.
