On Thursday, May 25, 2011, Dr. Florine Robinson was a presenter at Red White and View: a Patriotic Celebration of the Fine Arts at Poe Classical School in Chicago, Illinois.
One of our alums, Dr. Joanne Brown-Hicks, an art teacher at Poe spear-headed the program as a part of the Auxiliary Team of Poe Classical School. Dr. Brown-Hicks is the chair of the Auxiliary Team, and has presented a program of this nature for her school community for the past three years. The principal, Mrs. Kelly Moore-Shelton was very proud of the program and the participation of Argosy University faculty, alumni and current students. She is also very proud of the fact that Poe School (k-6th grades) has a rating of number one when it comes to the ISAT scores of her children. Read more
