Refund Checks

When will I receive my refund check?

There are two websites you can check for this information.

• www.elmresources.com click on “Student Loan Borrowers”. This website will show you when the disbursements are scheduled for your loans
• Student Portal (https://mycampus.argosy.edu) – you will be able to see from this website if the loans have been posted to your account.

• Once you see that the loans have been scheduled and are disbursed to your student link account, if you are eligible for a refund please anticipate 2 weeks for the refund to be mailed to you from the date that the loans have been posted to your account
• If the funds are direct deposited to you, please anticipate to wait up to 5 days for the funds to be deposited to your bank account from the date that the loans have been posted to your account

Direct Deposit

To sign up for direct deposit please complete the process online at http://debit.salliemae.com/auch  Please have your student ID number handy for verification purposes. Questions regarding direct deposit should be directed to 1-800-239-4211
